An evening filled with networking, entertainment, and a unique taste of Bahia’s refined hospitality—this was the iBEM 25 gathering, held at the Salvador Convention Center’s banquet hall on Wednesday, the 26th, on the eve of the international event’s closing.
With bossa nova setting the tone, attendees enjoyed an open bar and gourmet catering, creating a relaxed and engaging atmosphere. The entire concept of the gathering was designed by architect Ana Sampaio, who also oversaw the structural planning of this first edition of the event, alongside Aline Reis, who managed the production of iBEM 25.
“iBEM provided us with truly special moments. The entire event was organized swiftly and efficiently, requiring us to make precise and assertive decisions for both the event setup and the celebration. It was amazing to see so many professionals come together, fully committed to making it happen,” shared Ana Sampaio.
In addition to the 65 professionals involved in setting up the event, a dedicated team of 15 specialists was responsible for the gathering’s ambiance and catering, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Aline Reis, event producer, emphasized that the gathering was designed to foster an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. Every detail, from the music selection to the lighting, was carefully curated to achieve this goal.
“The idea was precisely to create a comfortable and engaging environment where people could connect and fully embrace this special moment that iBEM 25 represents. Everything contributed to this warm and inviting setting—from the cozy ambiance to the exquisite food, fine drinks, and soft background music, all encouraging genuine networking,” highlighted Aline Reis.
