Press Office

Registration is now open for several activities of the second edition of iBEM – The International Meeting on Brazil’s Energy Market. To participate, simply visit the website (www.ibemenergy.com). The event, which brings together all segments of the energy industry — connecting renewable, transition, and conventional sources — will take place from March 24 to 26, 2026, at the Salvador Convention Center (Bahia, Brazil).
The Commercial Arena is one of the spaces now available for booking. It offers the ideal environment for companies to showcase their latest product and service launches to a qualified audience from across the energy sector.
Another space now accepting registrations is the Investment Arena, where energy companies will present their projects and investment portfolios to a qualified audience composed of representatives from credit institutions, investment funds, and suppliers of goods and services.
The Technical Section is also open to receive submissions until January 26, 2026. In this space, professionals in operations and maintenance share their best practices and technological challenges.
The event is completely free and features a diverse program, including a Business Fair, bringing together national and international companies and institutions; a Conference, which will discuss current and future energy challenges under the theme “Integration and Diversification for Energy Security”; and Business Matchmaking Sessions, where buyers and suppliers of products and services will meet in short, pre-scheduled appointments.

iBEM26 will also include an Innovation Arena and an ESG Arena (focused on environmental, social, and governance topics), as well as an Academic Congress dedicated to R&D energy projects developed by students, professors, and researchers.
Other initiatives include Future Talents, where companies present their internship programs and recruitment processes, and Technical Visits, offering participants the opportunity to experience the operations of various energy companies in Salvador and the surrounding metropolitan area.
In its first edition, iBEM welcomed representatives from 25 countries, and organizers expect to exceed that number in 2026. The event is projected to attract around 4,000 participants over its three days.
iBEM26 is organized by three Bahia-based energy companies: Austral, BrainMarket, and Eolus. Visit the website for more information.
