Wiz Corporate, the Wiz Co business unit specialized in insurance solutions for large corporations, is strengthening its commercial team with the appointment of Mario Ferreira as its new Commercial Manager and specialist in the Large Risks sectors: infrastructure, mining, steel, and oil & gas.

The executive takes on the challenge of expanding the company’s presence in these markets by structuring technical and customized projects to meet the demands of new clients. With more than 28 years of experience in the insurance industry, Mario has built solid expertise, particularly during 14 years dedicated to the Corporate channel of multinational insurance companies.

His background reflects a comprehensive view of the Large Risks ecosystem, having served as an insurance manager at engineering and infrastructure companies, as well as holding commercial leadership positions at oil operators and multinational reinsurance brokers. He holds a degree in Marketing from Universidade Paulista (UNIP), a specialization in Reinsurance from Funenseg SP, and technical training in Upstream Energy Risks (Master of Energy Course) in London, United Kingdom.

Regarding his new role, the executive states:
