Petrobras announces that today (25/6), a hearing was held before the federal court in New York regarding the motion to dismiss presented by Petrobras in the class action lawsuit in which the Company is a defendant. The purpose of the motion to dismiss is for the federal court to determine if, from a legal point of view, the allegations are sufficient to proceed to the evidentiary stage of the case (discovery).

After hearing the oral arguments, the judge informed that he will enter his decision on the motion to dismiss in due course.
