Regarding media reports on the payment of a fine to U.S. authorities, there is nothing ongoing regarding any payment of a fine to close civil and criminal investigations into the violation of anti-corruption legislation in the United States.
Nor has there been any decision by U.S. authorities on the merits of such an investigation or the amounts involved.
