Petrobras reports that the Administrative Board of Tax Appeals (CARF) issued today an unfavorable decision on an administrative tax proceeding in the amount of about R$ 5.22 billion, which deals with the collection of PIS/COFINS - Import tax regarding remittances abroad for the payment of charter contracts in the calendar year of 2013.

Petrobras is awaiting the summons of the decision and will appeal to the Upper Chamber of CARF. The company understands that the decision does not change the possibility of loss expectation.
