Petrobras to seek strategic partnership for distribution subsidiary

The Executive Board of Petrobras has approved the proposal to find a strategic partner for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Petrobras Distribuidora (BR). This decision will be on the agenda for the next meeting of the Board of Directors.
