The Executive Board of Petrobras has approved the proposal to find a strategic partner for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Petrobras Distribuidora (BR). This decision will be on the agenda for the next meeting of the Board of Directors.


The idea of finding a strategic partner as a possible solution for BR was discussed in an earlier press release (July 1, 2015).
