Petrobras informs that Mr. Luiz Augusto Navarro de Britto Filho presented its resignation from his position as board member of Petrobras, from March 22, 2016, because of his office as Chief Minister of the Comptroller General – CGU.

Mr. Luiz Navarro also resigned, from the same date, the position of Board of Directors of the subsidiary Petrobras Distribuidora SA - BR.
