Petrobras informs that the revision process of the Transfer of Rights Agreement continues to be negotiated between the company and representatives of the Federal Government (Ministry of Mines and Energy, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Planning, Development and Management).

The Interministerial Commission, constituted through Interministerial Ordinance No. 15/2018, has evolved in the definition of the necessary criteria to calculate the final value of the contract, and the negotiations will continue between Petrobras Internal Commission and representatives of the Federal Government, when government consultation with other legal entities end.

The final conditions of the Review will be subject to approval by the competent authorities of Petrobras and the Federal Government.
