Petrobras, with respect to negotiations for the sale of its stakes in Companhia Petroquímica de Pernambuco (Petroquímica Suape) and Companhia Integrada Têxtil de Pernambuco (Citepe), disclosed by Material Fact in 07/28/2016, informs that the negotiations with Alpek continue, having been extended for another 30 (thirty) days the period of exclusivity for completion of negotiations.

We reiterate that the final terms and conditions of the transaction are still subject to negotiation, as well as approval by the responsible bodies at Petrobras and Alpek and by the competition supervisory body CADE (Administrative Council for Economic Protection).
