On December 2 and 3, TBG offers the market an extraordinary annual product for 2021. The objective is to allow interested shippers to contract the transportation capacity of the Company's Gas Pipeline for the next year, until the contracts for transport derived from Public Call 02/2020.

The measure is being taken after the approval of the National Petroleum Agency (ANP) to guarantee the continuity of the provision of natural gas transportation services in the TBG Gas Pipeline. This extraordinary annual product will be valid until the conclusion of the entire Public Call 02/2020 process of the agency and will be offered through the Company's Capacity Offering Portal (POC) (https://ofertadecapacity.tbg.com.br). The process is done in the same way as in current short-term products, but with the specifics of an annual product.

Since September this year, companies have been able to contract daily, monthly, quarterly products through POC and, at this time, the annual product.

The effective offer will take place on the 2nd and 3rd of December. The results will be released from December 4th to 7th, with the presentation of guarantees and signature of contracts from December 8th to 16th.
