Temporary arrest does not interfere with the production record of Petrobras

The growth in production of Petrobras in Brazil, reported in February - 2 million 327 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd) - it was possible even with the temporary maintenance shutdowns platforms. The company announced in February began the demobilization of FPSO Brazil in Roncador field, whose production was completed on Monday (31). The wells will be successively relocated to other platforms (P-52 and P-54 ) operating in the same field - which should occur by the fourth quarter of 2014.
Also in the Campos Basin remained halted production in P - 20 platform in the Marlim field , to make repairs to damage caused by fire in the chemicals of the platform. According to the company , this interruption in production did the company fail to produce about 22,000 bopd.
The forecast return is the next day after receipt of all reports and permits to reopen the production, which has been obtained from the entity classifier DNV (Det Norske Veritas) and the Navy.
Also entered in maintaining the PCE-1 platform in the field Anchovy and FPSO Cidade de Anchieta, in the countryside of the Blue Whale, both in the Campos Basin.
