The ANP Collegiate Board revoked, last Friday (6/29), the acts and provisions that suspended the holding of Public Consultations and Hearings due to the state of emergency of international public health resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic.

With the decision, Public Consultations will be resumed and public hearings may be held by videoconference, as provided for in ANP Resolution No. 822/2020.
