Petrobras informs that its Board Member Roberto da Cunha Castello Branco resigned yesterday (24 Feb) from his position in the Company’s Audit Committee.

Therefore, the Audit Committee is now composed of the following members: Walter Mendes de Oliveira Filho (Chairman), Luiz Augusto Fraga Navarro de Britto Filho and Jerônimo Antunes.

Mr. Castello Branco remains as a Petrobras Board Member and as President of the Board’s Financial Committee.
