The Special Bidding Commission (CEL) approved this Monday (29/7) the registration of 12 more companies for Permanent Offer: Andorinha Petróleo Ltda., CNOOC Petroleum Brazil Ltda., Creative Energy Services and Exploration Ltda., Enauta Energia SA, Exxonmobil Exploration Brasil Ltda., FE Intermodal EIRELI, FMT Services Industry and Commerce Ltda., Expertise Engineering and Construction Ltda., Petróleo Brasileiro SA - Petrobras, Petromais Global Exploration and Production Ltda., Petro Rio O&G Exploration and Production of Petroleum Ltda. Shell Brasil Petróleo Ltda..

 

The approval was published yesterday (30/7) in the Official Gazette. Currently, there are 47 companies registered. The full list can be found here.

 

The ANP opened the First Cycle of the Permanent Offer with the approval, on 6/26, of the offer guarantee accompanied by the declaration of interest for one of the sectors offered by one of the companies already registered in the process. The public offering session of the First Cycle will be on September 10th.

 

Other companies that are interested in participating in this first cycle will have until August 7 to submit declarations of interest accompanied by offer guarantees. The sectors that will be in the public bidding session in this first cycle will be announced until August 16th.

 

What is the Permanent Offer - The process of Permanent Offer of areas for exploration and production of oil and natural gas, foresees the continuous supply of returned fields (or in the process of return), exploratory blocks offered in previous rounds and not sold and also of the blocks returned to the Agency. According to this modality, the registered bidders may present interest to any blocks or areas, as long as they present declaration of interest accompanied by bid guarantee. Presenting one or more declarations of interest, and approving all documentation, the Permanent Offering CEL discloses a schedule for completing a bidding cycle.
