The ANP is publicizing, on its website, the decisions taken through the Deliberative Circuit during the period in which the board meetings are suspended due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The information will be updated weekly. At the moment, decisions taken from 23 to 30/03/2020 are available inhttp://www.anp.gov.br/reunioes-da-diretoria-colegiada/decisoes-em-circuito-deliberativo

The Deliberative Circuit provides for the electronic collection of votes from the members of the collegiate board of directors, allowing quick voting on urgent and relevant matters, in which there is a need for deliberation within shorter deadlines than the normal procedures.

In the current conjuncture of social distance due to the need to reduce the spread of Coronavirus, the Deliberative Circuit has proved to be an important tool to allow the continuity of ANP activities, without the need for face-to-face board meetings, making it faster the Agency's decision-making process.

The Deliberative Circuit is provided for in arts. 7th and 9th of Annex I of ANP Ordinance No. 69/2011 and in item 8 of Normative Instruction ANP 01/1999.
