Next Monday (9/21), the deadline for completing the registration form, delivery of the registration documents and payment of the participation fee for new registrations by companies interested in participating in the 2nd Cycle of the Permanent Offer ends.

The deadline is only for new registrations. In the Permanent Offer, registration is made only once. Thus, bidders who already have enrollment approved by the Special Bidding Commission (CEL) do not need to take any further action.

The registration documents must be scanned and forwarded to the ANP through the Electronic Information System (SEI), observing the instructions contained in the permanent offer notice, available at http://rodadas.anp.gov.br/pt/oferta-permanente/edital-e-modelos-dos-contratos-de-concessao.

The Permanent Offer consists of the continuous offer of fields returned (or in the process of being returned) and exploratory blocks offered in previous tenders and not auctioned or returned to the ANP. In this way, companies, especially those that do not yet operate in Brazil, have the opportunity to study these areas without the time limitation that traditional rounds provide.

More information about the Permanent Offer is available on the page http://rodadas.anp.gov.br/pt/oferta-permanente.
