Petrobras, further to the Material Fact disclosed on 09/11/2017 and press release disclosed on 09/28/2017 , informs the start of the non-binding phase regarding the process of divesting 100% of its assets in Araucária Nitrogenados SA ("ANSA") and in the Nitrogen Fertilizer Unit III ("UFN-III").

At this stage of the project, the descriptive memorandum is sent to interested parties qualified in the previous phase, with additional information about the assets in question, as long as the instructions about the divestment process, for preparation and submission of non-binding proposals.

The present disclosure to the market is pursuant to Petrobras' divestment program and aligned with the guidelines of the Federal Accounting Court (TCU).
