Pöyry Brazil has been recognised at the ninth Annual Engineering Awards, in the Heavy Civil Construction category, which encompasses the areas of consulting, projects and management in transportation infrastructure.

The award follows on the heels of last year’s accolade, which the company received in the Consulting and Engineering category.

Companies selected for the Engineering Awards are assessed across the area of operation, quality of services, costs/benefits, technological innovation and presence in the market.

The awards are promoted by the Association of Former Students of the Engineering School of Minas Gerais Federal University (AEAEE-UFMG). Voting is done by association members and company directors from industry.

Consulting and engineering specialists Pöyry have provided services to clients in Brazil since 1969. The company has offices in São Paulo, Belo Horizonte and Curitiba.
