Transpetro's Board of Directors received a letter of resignation from Cristiane Elia de Marsillac to the position of president and director of the company. In a note, the Petrobras subsidiary informs that the request was for personal reasons. Transpetro's financial director, Gustavo Santos Raposo, assumed the presidency of the company.

Raposo held the position of executive manager of corporate risks at Petrobras between 2017 and 2019.
