Márcio Félix was reappointed to the position of Secretary of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels of the Ministry of Mines and Energy. The appointment was published through the order of the Civil House no. 433 in the edition of the Official Gazette of this Monday, January 14. The executive had left office to take over the post of executive secretary of the MME under the management of Moreira Franco from April last year, when Paulo Pedrosa left the ministry. In the same edition of the DOU was exonerated the current secretary, João Vicente de Carvalho Vieira.

Félix holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Brasília, specializing in Petroleum Engineering, from the Petrobras University and an MBA in Business Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

The secretary worked at Petrobras for 33 years.
