The Coordinated Public Call (CP22) organized by five distributors in the Center-South, including SCGÁS, received more than 130 proposals for the supply of Natural Gas. The proposals were sent by 13 participating companies, covering different types of services and linked to imports, domestic production, biomethane and liquefied natural gas (LNG). The receipt deadline ended on April 30th.

The proposals demonstrate the contribution to the process that is currently underway in opening the gas market in the country, by expanding the number of potential agents and supply sources. The next step consists of evaluating all the proposals according to the needs established by the distributors.

It should be noted that, even with the high number of proposals received and agents participating in the process, there are points of attention that still need definitions, especially those related to the transport of the input to the receiving stations of the distributors.
