MSGÁS was elected one of the 55 best companies to work in the Midwest region by the Great Place to Work® Institute, ranking among the 15 in the category of medium-sized companies. The annual award took place with live transmission on Youtube and congratulated all the winners of the 3 categories: large, medium and small companies.

This was the tenth edition of the event and the fifth consecutive year that MSGÁS participates. In this last award, the event counted with the registration of 146 companies (representing 48,632 employees) and the 55 winners were divided into 10 small, 35 medium and 10 small companies.

GPTW's consultancy aims to evaluate companies' efforts to provide a healthy work environment and differentiated people management practices for their employees. In order to choose the ranking, a survey was carried out among the employees that evaluated criteria such as credibility, respect, impartiality, pride and camaraderie.

For the company's CEO, Rui Pires dos Santos, to be recognized as one of the best companies in the Midwest region to work reflects, in business terms and through the evaluation of its employees, that MSGÁS uses the best practices in service of its services, always in search of the best results. “The most important thing about this recognition is to show that we focus on people, on their development, seeking the best organizational culture. The better the quality of the team, the better the results of the company ”, defends Rui.
