Transpetro received the Diamond Seal of the National Public Transparency Program (PNTP) this Tuesday (12/9). This is the highest recognition granted by the Association of Members of the Audit Courts of Brazil (Atricon) in partnership with the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) and the State and Municipal Audit Courts. The awards ceremony was held in Brasília, Federal District.

With a Transparency Index of 96.90%, Transpetro ranks among the top 10 Brazilian state-owned companies with the best performance in the National Public Transparency Program — the largest government accountability assessment initiative in the country. The certification, which measures the accessibility and reliability of actions, decisions, and information available on federal public administration portals, results from a rigorous process involving the company’s self-assessment, technical validation by specialized TCU auditors, and a quality-assurance review.

For Transpetro, this achievement marks the peak of a consistent evolution over the past three years: starting at the Intermediate level in 2023, advancing to Gold in 2024, and reaching Diamond in 2025. This upward trajectory reflects structural investments in technology, team training, and improvements to communication channels with society, along with strict compliance with the Access to Information Law (LAI).

“This achievement is not just a metric — it is proof that our governance model is robust. We rose from an intermediate level to excellence because we understand that transparency is the central pillar of our activities. We will continue advancing so that Transpetro remains a benchmark not only in logistics and operational efficiency but also in integrity and public responsibility,” said the company’s president, Sérgio Bacci.

Beyond institutional recognition, the Diamond Seal represents a strategic reputational asset for Transpetro. In a context of increasing demand for transparency and corporate responsibility, the certification reinforces the company’s credibility among investors, oversight bodies, business partners, and civil society — a key differentiator in the logistics and energy market.

The data and results from the assessment are consolidated on the Public Transparency Radar, a digital platform that integrates PNTP reports and is available to any citizen, investor, or oversight body at:
