The Special Bidding Commission (CEL) for the Permanent Concession Offering (OPC) approved, in a meeting on September 1st, the registration of five new companies, totaling 87 eligible registrants to submit offers in the public session of the 4th Cycle, scheduled for December 13, 2023. The approvals were published today (September 4th) in the Official Gazette.

The new companies are: Aguila Energia e Participações Ltda.; Fluxus Óleo, Gás & Energia Ltda.; Jevin Comércio e Serviços Ltda.; Perbras Empresa Brasileira de Perfurações Ltda.; and Salvador Energy Inc.

The complete list of companies registered in the Permanent Concession Offering can be accessed on the ANP website: https://www.gov.br/anp/pt-br/rodadas-anp/oferta-permanente/opc/inscricao-licitantes.

Other interested parties can register for the Permanent Concession Offering at any time; however, only companies that have already had their registration approved by CEL will be able to participate in the 4th Cycle. The deadline to request registration for participation in this cycle ended on August 24th.

Until September 28th, registered companies can declare their interest in the area with natural gas accumulation in Japiim and in the sectors offered in the bidding notice, which comprise 955 exploratory blocks located in various sedimentary basins.

On October 16th, the Special Bidding Commission will disclose the sectors that received a declaration of interest and will be auctioned in the 4th Cycle of the Permanent Concession Offering.

2nd Cycle of the Permanent Production Sharing Offering (OPP)

Companies registered in the Permanent Sharing Offering (OPP) who are interested in participating in the 2nd Cycle have until September 28th to submit qualification documents and a declaration of interest, accompanied by an offer guarantee, for the blocks offered in the notice - Ágata, Cruzeiro do Sul, Esmeralda, Jade, and Tupinambá, located in the Santos Basin; and Turmalina, located in the Campos Basin.
