Petrobras offers all of its stakes for sale in 27 land exploration and production concessions, located in Espírito Santo, jointly known as Polo Cricaré.

Those qualified for this phase will receive an invitation letter with detailed instructions on the divestment process, including guidelines for due diligence and submission of binding proposals.


This disclosure is in line with Petrobras' Disinvestment System, which complies with the provisions of the special assignment of exploration, development and production rights for oil, natural gas and other fluid hydrocarbons, provided for in Decree 9.355 / 2018.

 

This operation is in line with portfolio optimization and the improvement of the company's capital allocation, aiming at generating value for our shareholders.

 

About Polo Cricaré 

The Polo Cricaré comprises 27 land concessions: Biguá fields, Cacimbas, Campo Grande, Córrego Cedro Norte, Córrego Cedro Norte Sul, Córrego Dourado, Córrego das Pedras, Fazenda Cedro, Fazenda Cedro Norte, Fazenda Queimadas, Fazenda São Jorge, Guriri, Inhambu, Jacutinga, Lagoa Bonita, Lagoa Suruaca, Mariricu, Mariricu Norte, Rio Itaúnas, Rio Preto, Rio Preto Oeste, Rio Preto Sul, Rio São Mateus, São Mateus, São Mateus Leste, Seriema e Tabuiaiá, which are located in the state of Espirito Santo, in the municipalities of São Mateus, Jaguaré, Linhares and Conceição da Barra. Petrobras has a 100% stake in these concessions, which in 2018 had an average total production of about 2,800 bpd of oil and 11,000 m3 / day of gas.
