It was published in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU) yesterday, 11, Ordinance that defines new amounts of physical energy guarantee of 43 wind power plants. Amounts may be reviewed based on current legislation.

The physical energy guarantee amounts for the Laranjeiras III and Laranjeiras IX plants are determined at the connection points of the plants. The other constant plants are determined in their Individual Measurement Points (PMI).

For purposes of electricity trading, the electrical losses from the Connection Point or PMI, as applicable, to the Submarket's Gravity Center shall be deducted from the physical energy security amounts set forth in the Ordinance, in accordance with the Commercialization Rules for Electricity in force.
