Lukoil and Pemex have signed a cooperation agreement at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. This will serve as the basis for joint operations in oil exploration and production. Additionally, the two parties will exchange experience in environmental protection.

Lukoil says the accord opens opportunities in light of the recent Mexican energy sector reforms.
