Petrobras receives final proposals to sell Enchova and Pampo clusters

Petrobras, regarding the news published in the media, about the shallow waters divestment project of Enchova and Pampo clusters, located in the Campos Basin, clarifies that on June 5, 2019 it received final offers from potential interested parties in the acquisition of said assets.

 

The receipt of final offers of the divestment project is a step in the competitive process carried out according to the company's divestment methodology, in line with the provisions of the special procedure for the sale of exploration, development and production of oil, natural gas and other fluid hydrocarbons provided for in Decree 9355/2018.

 

The price offered by Enchova and Pampo clusters exceeds US$ 1 billion, considering firm and contingent payments. However, the transaction will still be subject to approval by Petrobras' relevant bodies and the next phases of the project will be timely disclosed to the market.
