The National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels - ANP resumed the oil and gas auctions through the 14th Round of Bids and the 2nd and 3rd Pre-Salt Rounds. The auctions had the active participation of the major world oil players, including Petrobras, Shell, Statoil, Repsol, CNPC, BP, Total, CNOOC, Petrogral, as well as Qatar Petroleum International and ExxonMobil.
