The ANP holds next Thursday (11/28) the delivery of the 2019 edition of the ANP Technological Innovation Award. The ceremony will take place at Itamaraty Palace, in downtown Rio de Janeiro, from 11am.

About the ANP Award: 

The ANP Technological Innovation Award aims to recognize and reward the results associated with research, development and innovation (R, D & I) projects that represent technological innovation for the oil, natural gas and biofuels sector, developed in Brazil by research accredited by the ANP, Brazilian companies and oil companies, with funds from the PD&I Clause in the Exploration and Production (E&P) contracts.

The 2019 edition comprises five categories, two of which were unpublished themes: “Safety, Environment and Health - SMS” and “Industry 4.0”, in addition to the traditional themes, two related to “Oil and Gas Exploration and Production” and one to “Transportation, Pipelines, Refining, Supply and Biofuels”.

There will also be an award for the “Innovation Personality of the Year” award in recognition of a person who has contributed and made achievements to the development and technological innovation of the oil, natural gas and biofuels sector, and the “Honorable Mention” award. person with relevant professional recognition in the sector.
