The ANP resumed yesterday (8/13) the public consultation and hearing process No. 1/2020, regarding the draft resolution that deals with the revision of ANP Ordinance No. 251/2000, on the regulation of third party access to waterway handling terminals petroleum, oil and gas derivatives and biofuels. The notice was published today in the Federal Official Gazette.

The consultation, which had been suspended in March this year, will last for 60 days and the public hearing will take place on November 12, through videoconference.
