RAOS Voima Oy, subsidiary of Rosatom, and Voimaosakeyhtiö SF, the Finnish owner of Fennovoima, announced today they have signed share transaction agreement according to which a 34% share of Fennovoima is now owned by RAOS Voima Oy. Voimaosakeyhtiö SF owns now a 66 % share of Fennovoima. 

The price of the deal is not disclosed. The next step after the completed share transaction is the confirmation of Fennovoima project investment decision in the general meeting of Fennovoima, taking place in April. A new board for Fennovoima will be elected then.
