The ANP is changing the way in which the Annual Work and Budget Program (PAT) and the Annual Production Program (PAP) are sent, documents sent to the Agency by companies operating oil and natural gas exploration and production (E&P) contracts.

With the change, sending will be made through the new Do Poço ao Posto (DPP) system, becoming 100% digital and eliminating the need to print programs and send physical letters or through the Electronic Information System (SEI). Any extra information that the ANP needs to request from the regulated agents will also be incorporated into the system – which, until then, was done by sending official letters.

The PAT must be sent by the DPP from the document with reference year 2022, to be delivered to the ANP by 10/31/2021, and the PAP, with reference year 2023, to be delivered to the ANP by 10/31/ 2022. It is noteworthy that, for the PAP with reference year 2022, there will be no changes and it must be delivered by the current system (i-SIGEP) by 10/31/2021.

Currently, the PAT must be prepared in accordance with the determinations of ANP Ordinance No. 123/2000 and the PAP, in accordance with ANP Ordinance No. 100/2000.

The Annual Work and Budget Program (PAT) is the document that itemizes the investment forecasts and activities to be carried out in each field or development area in the five-year period, and the decommissioning activities and budget, regardless of the date scheduled for its occurrence .

The Annual Production Program (PAP) is the document that discriminates the forecasts of production, injection, movement and burning of oil, natural gas, water and other fluids, referring to the production process of each field or development area.
