Major investments are transforming the oil, gas, and naval market. Therefore, strengthening the production chain is essential to enhance competitiveness, drive innovation, and generate new opportunities for the industry in Rio and nationwide.
In this context, the Federation of Industries of the State of Rio de Janeiro (Firjan), in partnership with the National Organization of the Petroleum Industry (ONIP) and the Brazilian Association of Machinery and Equipment Industry (ABIMAQ), will promote on August 4, starting at 9:00 AM, the seminar Agrega + Indústria. The meeting will bring together representatives from companies, market institutions, and government to debate Local Content, as well as the challenges, opportunities, and trends that will define the next steps for the industry.

"The seminar will focus on the development of production, specification, contracting, and execution of FPSO units. The goal is to shed light on the tools needed to enable Local Content, from the perspective of operators, government, contractors, and industry, at a time when the ANP is working on regulating the preference clause for the national industry," explains Karine Fragoso, General Manager of Oil, Gas, Energy and Naval at Firjan.
