Anhydrous and hydrated rise almost 5% each week

The prices of anhydrous and hydrated ethanol closed another week upward by the Cepea / Esalq index, from USP. This was the second consecutive increase in hydrate, used in flex engines or originally with alcohol and the eighth high followed by anhydrous, used in the mixture with gasoline.

 

In the week of August 24th to 28th, the hydrate was sold at R $ 1.8095 per liter, against R $ 1.7293 per liter from the previous week, an increase of 4.64% in the comparison between the two periods.

 

Anhydrous, on the other hand, rose 4.98% in the comparison between the two weeks, quoted at R $ 2.0404 per liter, against R $ 1.9437 per liter practiced in the week of August 17th to 21st.

 

Daily ethanol 

In the Esalq / BM & F Bovespa index, Posto Paulínia, hydrated oil fell again, interrupting a cycle of 8 consecutive increases. The cubic meter of biofuel was sold last Friday at R $ 1,889.50, a devaluation of 0.68% compared to the previous day's prices.
