The ANP announces that, due to the judicial decision of the 14th Federal Civil Court of São Paulo, the results of steps 2, 3, 4, 5, 2A and 5A of the 70th Biodiesel Auction (L70) are without effect.

Stage 2 will be reopened on 12/17/2019 so that the company filing for the writ of mandamus may submit offers and participate in the other stages of the event, as provided for in the court decision. Other qualified companies will also have to resubmit their offers.
