The National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels - ANP announces that it authorized the Public Call for Capacity Allocation nº 01R / 2020, considering that, on March 6, 2020, Petróleo Brasileiro SA - Petrobras presented the Term of Waiver of the transport capacity originally contracted under Public Call No. 01/2019, in compliance with the provisions of items 2.1 and 2.2 of the Term of Commitment (TC) signed between ANP and Petrobras on December 23, 2019.

The presentation of the Waiver Term results from the signing of the new amendment to the natural gas supply contract (Gas Sale Agreement - GSA), signed between Petrobras and Yacimientos Petroliferos Fiscales - YPFB on March 6, 2020, which provides for the reduction of the obligation to supply YPFB to Petrobras from 30.08 million m3 / day to 20 million m3 / day, thus enabling the direct sale by YPFB to other market agents in Brazil.

The capacity renounced by Petrobras will be the object of the new Public Call No. 01R / 2020, to be promoted by ANP with a view to contracting transport capacity at GASBOL.

According to clause 2.4 of the aforementioned Term of Commitment, Petrobras will not participate in this new Public Call.

Therefore, in the new Public Call No. 01R / 2020, the contracting of 10.08 million m3 / day will be offered at the entry point of Mutum and the total capacity of each of the exit zones. It is important to note that the tariffs will be the same as those applied to contracts signed in Public Call No. 01/2019.
