The ANP holds today (13/4), the public session of the 3rd Cycle of the Permanent Concession Offer (OPC). There are 14 sectors of exploratory blocks on offer in seven basins: Santos, Pelotas, Espírito Santo, Recôncavo, Potiguar, Sergipe-Alagoas and Tucano.

The event is a hybrid: the public session for the presentation of offers is in person, in Rio de Janeiro, with the participation of company representatives and ANP employees responsible for holding the event; and there is a live broadcast on the ANP channel on YouTube:https://www.youtube.com/user/ANPgovbr.

For all areas offered in the Permanent Offer, there was a prior joint statement by the Ministry of Mines and Energy and the Ministry of the Environment, complemented, with regard to terrestrial sedimentary basins, by opinions issued by the State Environment Agencies, with competence to environmental licensing in the areas on offer.
