ANP informs that the distribution of royalties to States, the Federal District and Municipalities is carried out, monthly, until the last business day of the second month following the month of production, as established in art. 8 of Law 7,990, of 12/28/1989, and art. 26 of Decree No. 1 of 11/01/1991.

Thus, royalties from oil and natural gas produced in JULY / 2020, which should be distributed to federal entities by 09/30/2020, were deposited by Banco do Brasil in the municipalities account on 09/29/2020, the day before deadline established in the legislation. Therefore, there is no need to talk about delays on the part of the ANP.
