The president of the Chamber of Deputies, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), guided for this week the vote on Bill 5829/19, which creates the legal framework for photovoltaic energies. Among other points, the text extends the charging of charges and tariffs for the use of transmission and distribution systems to micro and mini-generators of electric energy. Micro-generators are those that generate up to 75 kW of energy, and mini-generators, from 75 kW to 3 thousand kW.

"These are the main themes that will guide the Plenary. They are very controversial and will consume a lot of time for discussion," said Lira after the meeting.
