Petrobras, in relation to the news published in the media, about the decision of the 3rd Federal Court of Sergipe that granted an injunction, in class action, determining the suspension of the transfer of 22.5% of Petrobras’ stake in the Iara area and the transfer of 35% of the rights and operatorship of the Lapa field to Total, clarifies that it has not yet received any summons, and that it can only confirm its content and express its opinion after the analysis of the injunction, though the Company shall take all legal measures to guarantee its interests and the interests of its shareholders.
