Resolutions 21 and 22 of the National Energy Policy Council (CNPE), which authorize ANP to hold the 4th. Production Sharing Round in the Pre-salt and 15th. Round of Bids, in the concessions model, were published today (24/11) in an extra edition of the Official Gazette (DOU).
4ª. Round
In the 4th Round, scheduled for June 7, 2018, the areas of Itaimbezinho, Três Marias, Dois Irmãos, Saturno and Uirapuru will be offered in the Campos and Santos basins. Petrobras will have to manifest, within a maximum period of thirty days, counted from the publication of Resolution 21 of the CNPE, on the right of first refusal in each of the offered areas.
The minimum percentage of the Union's oil surplus over the period of the production-sharing contract, considering the price of Brent oil of US $ 50.00 (fifty dollars) and the average daily production of 12 thousand barrels of oil per active producer well will be as follows:
- in the area of Itaimbezinho, 7.07%; in the area of Três Marias, 8.32%; in the area of Dois Irmãos, 16.43%; in the Saturn area, 14.12%; in the area of Uirapuru, 22.18%
The signature bonus amounts for the areas are as follows:
- in the area of Itaimbezinho, R $ 50 million; in the area of Três Marias, R $ 100 million; in the area of Dois Irmãos, R $ 400 million; in the Saturn area, R $ 1.450 billion; in the area of Uirapuru, R $ 2,650 billion
In accordance with Law 12,351, dated 10/22/2010, and with Decree 9,041, dated 2/5/2017, Petroleo Brasileiro SA - Petrobras has 30 days to express its right of first refusal each of the offered areas.
15th. Round
In the 15th. Round, scheduled for March 29, will be offered 70 blocks in the sedimentary basins of Ceará, Potiguar, Sergipe-Alagoas, Campos and Santos and in the basins of Parnaíba and Paraná, totaling 95.5 thousand km² of area.
Local content commitments will be defined in specific clauses of the contract and will not be adopted as a criterion for judging bids in the bid.
