The Board of Directors of Transpetro, a Petrobras subsidiary, received a letter of resignation from Cristiane Elia de Marsillac (photo) to the position of president and director of the company, for personal reasons. Transpetro's Financial Director, Gustavo Santos Raposo, assumed the presidency of the company.

Petrobras and the Transpetro Board of Directors would like to thank Cristiane Marsillac for her dedication at the helm of Transpetro, having made important advances and restructurings within the company.
