Petrobras, further to the Material Fact disclosed on 08/28/2017, informs the start of the non-binding phase related to the full sale of its exploration, development and production rights in three sets of onshore fields (totaling 50 concessions), located in Rio Grande do Norte and Bahia states.

 

At this stage of the project, the potential buyers qualified in the previous phase will have access to a virtual data room containing more information about each set, as well as instructions regarding the divestments processes, including guidelines for the preparation and submission of non-binding proposals.

 

The present disclosure to the market is pursuant to Petrobras' divestment program and aligned with the guidelines of the Federal Accounting Court (TCU).
