Decree No. 9,128 / 2017 was published in the Official Gazette of the Federal Government on Friday (18/8), amending Decree No. 6,759 / 2009, which regulates the administration of customs activities, and the control, control and taxation of operations Of foreign trade.
Among the provisions of the decree is the extension, until 2040, of the Repetro, a special customs regime for the export and import of goods destined for research and mining of oil and natural gas deposits.
