Petrobras hereby announces that concluded today through its wholly-owned subsidiary Petrobras Global Trading B.V. - PGT an unsecured loan of US$ 1.2 billion, maturing in 2023, from Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A..
The funds will be used to pay the existing debt of US$ 800 million with the same bank, maturing in 2017 and will provide additional resources of US$ 400 million that will be use to prepay other bank debt.
