During the meeting with Petrobras America, it was possible to meet exploration and production activities in the Gulf of Mexico. The company is today in 11th place in the ranking of oil. It was also possible to know the refining structure in the State of Texas, which currently processes about 100,000 barrels per day Of light oil coming from the American shale.

Petrobras also presented the supplier registration requirements for local and international companies, with high safety requirements, mainly for the refinery. "For Brazilian companies that want to work with PAI, it is very important to have a local presence in the US," said Fabrizio Dinelli, manager of the procurement department of Petrobras America.

Stress Engineering Services Inc. 

The delegation visited Stress Engineering Services, a 45-year-old engineering company whose owners are the employees themselves. with presence in the USA, Singapore and Canada, part of the team Is formed by Brazilians and the oil and gas market is the most attended for the company.

Synergies were identified with the SENAI Institute of Technology Welding, especially in the offered services of analyzes and tests laboratories, many of them made in real scale.

The participation of the FIRJAN System in OTC 2017 was intended to contribute to the development of a pro-business environment in Brazil, with the industry interests, in addition to information to its members.
