Coelho Filho took the opportunity to thank the participation of the agents in the thematic subcommittees.

Coelho Filho also highlighted in his speech the objectives of the Combustível Brasil program, which seeks an offer compatible with the growth of demand, in adequate conditions of price and quality, in an objective regulatory environment favorable to investments. "Today we have a refining deficit of 580,000 barrels per day, with demand increasing. This initiative, together with the economic recovery, confirms that we are doing, we need a transformation in the country. "

Also underway at the Congress, the minister said that RenovaBio gives new courage to keep Brazil in the lead on the issue of biofuel production and technology.

"We are going to make a significant step forward so that Brazil can actually enter into leadership, competitiveness. The future of oil and gas in Brazil is already and will be even more promising with the quality of the geology we have. Now it's up to us to build a better country, he said.
